The Cascade Newt is the elite rope for the extreme adventurer. The components make it Ultra-Static and extremely durable. It is at home in the Cascades of the Pacific Northwest, to the slots and canyons throughout the world. The Newt is super light, packs down well and will absorb minimal water.
 
*WARNING!!! Do not use with Titanium devices due to low heat dissipation. UHMPE has a low melting point but it also has a very low friction coefficient. The Vectran will help with heat dissapation. Be mindful of stopping at one point on long 250'plus rappels. All Polyester, Polypropylene and Polyethelene fibers may glaze at higher temperatures.
